system is now 0.08. This means that your blood alcohol content must not
exceed 0.08 grams of alcohol in 100 milliliters of blood, while you are in
control of your vehicle. There is a lesser crime of DWAI (Driving While
Ability Impaired) for a blood alcohol content of .05 to .079. Mr. Skinner
